Our podcast booking process is fundamentally different from every other service in the market. Traditional podcast booking agencies use an outbound model. They have a team of virtual assistants cold-pitching podcasters on your behalf. This approach burns goodwill, produces low acceptance rates, and often gets you booked on shows that are not a genuine fit for your audience.
We built an entirely different system. All the way back in 2020, we created a Facebook community called Need a Guest, which at the time of writing this has over 45,000 members. The critical difference is this: rather than you going outbound pitching shows. The podcasters come to us looking for guests. They fill in a detailed 40-question application, which allows us to vet every show in our directory. Because of this inbound model, our average client has a 65% booking success rate — meaning if you apply to three or four shows in a given week, you will typically be accepted on two or three of them. Most clients spend no more than 30 to 60 minutes per week on the booking process.
Our directory currently houses over 2,000 vetted shows, ranging from niche podcasts with 3,000 monthly listeners to major shows with hundreds of thousands or even millions of downloads per month.
The shows in our directory span a wide range of sizes and categories. Some have over 300,000 to 500,000 monthly downloads, and several are in the millions. The majority of shows in our directory sit in the 3,000 to 25,000 monthly listener range, with a meaningful number in the 3,000 to 10,000 range.
